Testimonial: Wisconsin Athletic Club
To Whom It May Concern:
This serves as a letter of reference for Nick Lynch (owner of Superb Health/imsuperb.com). My job title is Fitness Director and I am responsible for all aspects of daily operation of the Fitness Center. I am honored to recommend him for your program. Nick has been with the Wisconsin Athletic Club since September of 2006, and continues to gain success with us.
In the time that I have gotten to know Nick, he has demonstrated his vast skills in just about every aspect of his job. Nick has been one of the best trainers we have seen in a long while. He has kept a friendly demeanor at all times, and is willing to help both members and co-workers. Nick has the drive and determination to complete tasks without being told, and regularly goes above and beyond our expectations. In the short time he has been here, he has moved from a Level 1 trainer to a Level 3 trainer because of his vast knowledge of fitness and his ability to build rapport with his clients. Although Nick did not have a degree when I hired him, I felt that he already possessed the necessary knowledge that is required to become a successful personal trainer.
Nick has the ability to work with a diverse population, and is well liked and trusted by many of our members and co-workers. He has displayed excellent customer service at our front desk, and regularly helps the front desk staff out with a variety of tasks including checking in members, answering the phone, answering member questions, and a list of other duties that could go on and on. Nick has a great sense of humor that makes him a pleasure to be around. At our recent awards banquet, he was voted as “most committed to making fitness a part of their life” by his peers. I am confident that Nick will provide the same high level of service and commitment to your program.
Sincerely,
Lottie Olson
