Top 10 Ways To Get Fit For Life!

Health is the number 1 topic these days and fortunately getting it superb is easy! How? By making a decision to be healthy and committing to make this happen. Here are the top 10 ways to better health.
1. Accept a necessity for life style change and that you are responsible for this change!
2. Create short term goals like “I will be able to do a pull up in 1 month”
3. Figure out where you will work out and how, is in-home, in-gym, with a trainer, learn from magazines or a website.
4. Start working out 3-4 days per week for 30 minutes – 1 hour per day
5. Start making small changes to your diet. Ex. cut out canola, safflower and soy oils and replace them with coconut or olive oil. (3 tablespoons per day)
6. Discipline your self! Eat one bite of food at a time, don’t skip a day of workouts, do your cardio and do skip that extra beer or wine at nighttime. This will result in a routine and therefore results!
7. Allow 5-10 minutes per night of quiet time to feed your mind with positive thoughts and encouragement
8. Perform free weight exercises more often than cardiovascular exercise.
9. 10 minutes of mild to intense cardio before free weights
